Default shipping costs are as follows:

When will I receive my parcel?
We dispatch orders the same day, depending on the hour of the day it was placed. Orders placed in the morning and before 11 am are shipped that very day. This covers national and international shipments.
Depending on the size, some orders may take up to 2 working days. This is usually for large orders. Whatever the case, we do try to maintain communication with our buyers. We will keep you informed on every aspect of delivery. You may also contact your postal service to find how long it takes for orders from Europe to arrive at your location.
Generally, orders from the UK and or Europe will take less than 2 weeks to reach the most remote areas and or parts in the world. But those from outside Europe could take between 7-14days to arrive depending on your individual location.
If not sure and or confuse, we recommend that you speak to us prior to placing an order.
Returns, cancellation and or exchange
As you are quite aware, with new products and or medications, returning them is never ideal. However, we are happy to provide a 100% full refund if you are not happy with your purchase for one reason or the other provided the package maintains its original seal and not been tampered with or opened with 14 days from the day you received it.
In some cases, your refund will incur a handling and or administrative charges. Returning the package or the product to us is your sole responsibility. We expect to receive the product(s) in their original packaging and if they get damaged on the way, it is still your responsibility and for that reason, we advise that all returns be insured for security reasons.
Before you are able to return an item to us, we advise that you get in touch using this email; firstname.lastname@example.org. This way we can advise further and get ready to receive the returned item.
It is only once we have receive the item and in its original form that we are able to make a 100% refund without any questions asked.
Sorry, we do not offer exchange opportunities because of the nature of our products.
What happened to my delivery, I’ve not received it?
We are not responsible for any undelivered parcels. However, you may opt to have your package under “sign-for delivery”. In the UK, any deliveries not registered is not our concern. Make sure you have provided the correct delivery address. We offer every opportunity for you ro receive your product(s) and this can be done by registering your package.
